Why Honu House?
Aloha!
We've been vacationing on the North Shore of Kauai around Hanalei, Princeville, and Kilauea Town for about eight years and have had many magical memories. The best moments have often been encounters with wildlife, especially the green sea turtle Hawaiians call honu.
After so many trips here we decided to take the plunge and buy a place of our own to manage as a tidy vacation rental. We started decorating with honus...and the rest is history.
We love to cook meals at home and have outfitted the kitchen accordingly. We are also parents, so we've provided several related items, including a high chair, pack 'n' play, stepstools, plastic tumblers, and beach toys. We care about nice bedding and have placed high-threadcount sheets and covers on high-end mattresses. We love endless days at the beach and have outfitted the garage with everything you will need for a great day in paradise.
This is a personal home full of things we like to have around when we enjoy the North Shore. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
